Marketing & Communications Lead

Wiipo is the fintech company of Senior Sistemas, a tech enabler that provides solutions in HR and business management for several companies in Brazil, with more than 2.000 collaborators. Wiipo provides financial services for those companies, such as flexible benefits, credit and digital paychecks.

My role there was Marketing Lead, so I was in charge of both communications and acquisition areas. My responsibilities included:

• Launching Wiipo's new brand
• Creating the institutional website through Wordpress
• Developing strategies to acquire more companies as clients
• Planning, creating and measuring content for social media and Wiipo's blog
• Structuring the whole area, with a small team of 2 people

Launching Wiipo's New Brand and Website

Wiipo was a new brand created internally by Senior's Marketing Team. The name was based in “we power people” = wii + po.

Though the name, colors and positioning was set, it needed to go live with a brand new institutional website and campaign.

PR Articles

I was also in charge of developing, together with the PR team, articles that would promote Wiipo on the main vehicles from Brazil (I also took and edited the pictures of the CEO that are inside the articles, besides writing scripts for the videos that were recorded).
